Development Plan 2026-2030: Improving Higher Education

The Development Plan for 2026-2030 aims to improve the quality of higher education in Tunisia by modernizing the legal and regulatory framework, reviewing the conditions for establishing institutions, and establishing equivalent standards for degrees. It also prioritizes aligning academic training with the labor market by integrating language and digital skills, developing training programs in the fields of technology and the environment, and increasing the proportion of accredited programs to 25% by 2030. The plan includes strategies to promote entrepreneurship, enhance campus life, expand international partnerships, and increase the number of institutions and students, all with the goal of strengthening the international standing of Tunisian universities.
