Italian Olive Oil Firm to Expand in Tunisia
The Italian Peralisi Group, specialized in the olive oil sector, has announced plans to strengthen its presence in Tunisia and expand its activities to include new industrial and food sectors alongside olive oil. The plans involve establishing a Center of Excellence and Innovation in Tunisia targeting African markets, with the aim of transferring technology and developing skills, as part of a collaboration framework between Italy and Africa. The two parties also discussed expanding the use of the group's technologies for water treatment and the food industries, with a focus on developing solutions tailored to regional markets. This will be supported by further cooperation with Tunisian and Italian institutions to enhance investment and technological transfer.
