Trump: Talks with Iran productive before elections
According to the US President Donald Trump, Washington is conducting "productive" talks with Iran, ruling out the possibility of a military strike before the upcoming congressional elections in November. He affirmed that the embargo on Iran will remain in place and noted that Iran is experiencing severe economic and military weaknesses, firmly stating that the United States will not allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons. He also pointed to record-breaking oil flows through the Strait of Hormuz, with shipments reaching 22 million barrels in a single night.
