Ministry Announces Services App on Apple Store
The Ministry of Communication Technologies announced that the "Khadamat" application is now available for download via the Apple Store, following its previous availability on Google Play for Android users. The purpose of this application is to improve access to digital public services by consolidating various services into a single unified platform, relying on the Tunisian digital identity "e-Identity." It allows users to view and update their personal and administrative information, track service requests, and access services related to documents and civil administration. Additionally, it offers car-related services such as viewing license and registration data, notifications about expiring documents, and traffic violation details. The app also provides social and health services linked to social and health insurance funds, along with electronic payments. It is expected that new services will be gradually added to expand the app’s usage and strengthen remote access services.
