Zawia Al-Jadidi Stadium Faces Corruption
The renovation project of the municipal stadium in Zawia Al-Jadidi, Nabeul Governorate, has been halted for four years, despite increased funding from 300,000 to 385,000 dinars. This delay has disrupted sporting activities in the area and prevented the sports association from using the stadium for nearly two years, adversely affecting the youth and children’s engagement and contributing to the emergence of risks of deviance. Construction is expected to begin next November after the project's approval is confirmed, with hopes of reopening the stadium to allow young people to practice sports in suitable conditions.
