Tunisia Revises Digital Security Tender
The Tunisian Ministry of Finance announced the reissuance of a tender to upgrade the digital security systems for the General Directorate of Payments, aiming to enhance the security of information networks and safeguard financial and tax data. The project includes renewing cybersecurity firewalls and network support, which will help monitor data traffic and reduce unauthorized access, ensuring the continuity and updating of digital systems. The new announcement was published on October 10, 2026, with the deadline for submitting bids set for October 29, 2026. This move follows a previous attempt in July of the same year, without disclosing the value of the contract or the implementing agency. This initiative underscores the importance of protecting financial and administrative data at a time when securing the digital infrastructure of public institutions is increasingly critical.
