2027 Economic Balance Project Progress
The government aims to complete and implement housing projects as part of the leased-owned housing program, which seeks to build 680 housing units distributed across eight states by 2028. The program focuses on expanding the housing supply for low- and middle-income groups, including efforts to eliminate makeshift dwellings, restore old homes, and provide prepared land plots for new construction. It also emphasizes facilitating mortgage financing through the issuance of real estate transfer permits and strengthening the real estate portfolio of housing projects, all with the goal of ensuring fair access to decent housing and improving quality of life. Additionally, the program aims to develop infrastructure and promote sustainable growth within the housing sector.
