The article focuses on the development plan for the vocational training system in Tunisia by 2027. Several reforms will be implemented to improve the quality of training, increase graduates' employability, and align with the needs of the labor market. Initiatives include designing 16 new training standards, adopting a new approach to training engineering, and developing specializations that reflect advancements in technology and modern industries such as electric vehicle maintenance, renewable energy, printing, and electronics manufacturing. Additionally, the number of beneficiaries of vocational training is set to increase to approximately 85,500 trainees by 2027.
