Russia is offering 110 fully funded government scholarships to Tunisian students for the 2026–2027 academic year. The scholarships cover more than 400 fields of study, including higher vocational education, master’s and doctoral programmes, at more than 100 universities. A representative of the Russian House said that the previous year’s scholarships went to around 90 students in 2025–2026. Tunisia has received nearly 1,000 scholarships over the past four years, and around 2,000 Tunisians are currently studying in Russia.
