Gafsa gets 92m for roads
Projects to upgrade roads and rural tracks are under way in Gafsa Governorate, with a total cost of more than 92 million dinars. They include upgrading Local Road No. 899 in the El Fej area, over a length of 29.4 kilometres, at a cost of 58 million dinars, and rural tracks spanning 40.5 kilometres between Métlaoui and Redeyef, at a cost of around 20 million dinars. The Regional Directorate of Equipment also plans to issue a call for tenders to upgrade around 15 kilometres of tracks under the 2026 Regional Development Programme, at an estimated cost of 6 million dinars.
