Stade Tunisien has sent a letter to the Governor of Tunis seeking clarification about the decision to bar children accompanied by their parents from attending its match against Club Africain, despite their having tickets. The club said it was informed of the decision just two hours before kickoff. It asked which authority had made the decision and what steps could be taken to prevent a repeat, after the move upset families and heightened tensions among supporters.
