Portugal advances to Euro quarters
Portugal's national team has qualified for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Nations League after defeating Norway 2-1 in a match held in Porto. They maintained their perfect record in the tournament, marking their fifth consecutive appearance. Under the guidance of their new coach, Jorge Jesus, Portugal has achieved victories over Wales, Norway, and Denmark, even without their star Cristiano Ronaldo, who left the camp. They secured their spot before two rounds remain, thanks to Denmark's win over Wales. Meanwhile, Norway remains without a victory against Portugal since 2010 and suffered their second consecutive loss. It is expected that Portugal will continue competing for the tournament title after winning it first in 2019 and again in 2025.
