Knight Operation 3 aids Gaza health efforts
As part of "Knight Hero 3" operation, the United Arab Emirates continues to provide medical support in Gaza. The UAE Field Hospital in Rafah has treated over 54,000 patients and injured individuals, while the floating hospital has provided treatment to more than 35,000 Palestinians, in addition to evacuating around 3,000 patients. Efforts also included dispatching medical aid convoys and increasing preventive measures by administering more than 600,000 doses of polio vaccine. Furthermore, 27 ambulances have been introduced, and support has been provided for rehabilitation projects and medical glasses. These initiatives are part of the UAE's ongoing support for Gaza's healthcare sector amidst the deterioration of hospital conditions and rising medical needs.
