The United Arab Emirates has announced that nationals of six countries, including Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya, and South Africa, will be eligible to receive a visa upon arrival valid for 14 or 60 days, designed to facilitate state visits. Additionally, citizens of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are also eligible, provided they hold valid residence permits in one of these countries. This measure comes as part of efforts to strengthen international relations and facilitate mobility, with fees set at up to 100 dirhams for a 14-day stay and 250 dirhams for 60 days, with the possibility of renewing the 14-day visa once.
