Yemeni journalist Muhammad Ayyash, a correspondent for Al-Arabiya and Al-E emits, was killed in a bomb explosion planted in his car in the city of Mukalla, Hadramout Province, while passing through Al-Sitteen Street. Ayyash sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital, but he later died from his wounds. The explosion completely destroyed the vehicle, and no group has claimed responsibility so far. Security authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover the circumstances of the incident. The incident has drawn widespread condemnations from the Yemeni government and human rights organizations, as Yemen remains one of the most dangerous countries for journalists due to repeated threats and security risks.
