Manchester City signs Elliott Anderson in record deal

Reports have indicated that Manchester City has reached an agreement to sign Nottingham Forest player Elliott Anderson for around 130 million pounds, potentially one of the highest transfer deals in British football history. The transfer might be announced before the World Cup concludes, and Nottingham Forest has previously refused offers from the English club.
