EU criticizes Turkey for excluding Cyprus from climate talks
The European Union expressed its dissatisfaction over Turkey's exclusion of Cyprus from the preparations for the UN Climate Conference (COP31), which Turkey is hosting in November. European officials emphasized that this conduct is unacceptable and that all member states should be treated equally, especially as Cyprus is currently holding the European Union's rotating presidency and bears responsibility for the conference arrangements.
