Qasem: MOU between Washington and Tehran signals US and Israel defeat
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Naim Qassem, considered the memorandum of understanding between Tehran and Washington to be a defeat for the United States and Israel. He stated that the ceasefire in Lebanon is still in effect despite violations. He confirmed that the resistance has managed to break the Israeli-American project and achieved a victory, while continuing to reject normalization with Israel and calling for its full withdrawal from Lebanon.
