Separate Israeli incursions have taken place in the rural areas of Daraa and Quneitra, involving house raids, the establishment of temporary checkpoints, interrogations, and arrests of civilians. These operations included forces entering the town of Juma and the villages of Merya and Ayn Ziyawan, accompanied by armored vehicles and tanks, along with surveillance by drones in the area, violating the 1974 disengagement agreement. Syria affirms that these actions are illegal and calls on the international community to deter them and to compel Israel to withdraw from southern Syria.
