Sudanese Army Shoots Down Enemy Drone
The Sudanese Army announced the downing of a Chinese-made "FH-95" drone in the city of Tandalti, in White Nile State. This is the second drone of the same model that the army has shot down on the frontlines since the conflict began. An official statement said that the air defenses successfully destroyed the drone over the city, which has been experiencing increased activity of drone attacks, especially by the Rapid Support Forces. Since the war started in April 2023, both sides have increased the use of drones, leading to a deterioration of the humanitarian situation and a rise in civilian casualties.
