Cape Verde Coach: It’s a crucial match
The head coach of the Cape Verdean national team, Pedro Leitao Pinto ("Bobbysta"), confirmed that his team is preparing to face Argentina in the Round of 32 of the World Cup with confidence and without fear, after qualifying from the group stage in second place. However, the coach declined to comment on the rape allegations facing team captain Ryan Mendes, which are related to an incident that took place in New Zealand. Mendes has played 99 international matches and is the all-time top scorer for the national team with 22 goals.
