The president of Turkish club Trabzonspor, Arqall Dugan, confirmed that there are currently no negotiations with Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, nor is the club close to signing him. This comes despite French reports indicating that the club has entered advanced negotiations with him and his agent in recent times. He clarified that this deal is not on the club's agenda at the moment, and no official procedures or trips have been undertaken to sign Salah. This follows Salah's contract with Liverpool having expired, making him a free agent. Reports had circulated that Trabzonspor was seriously negotiating to sign him, but the club president asserted that these are false rumors. He emphasized that Salah remains one of the top players in the world, but no official agreement has been reached yet.
