Three brothers have been detained in Syria on charges of involvement in a mass murder committed against 15 detainees during the era of the previous regime. Authorities confirmed that investigations and supporting evidence revealed their responsibility for the detention and execution of the victims in mass killings, with the crime documented in videos showing the victims handcuffed and blindfolded before being shot after being forced to praise Bashar al-Assad. These actions are part of the Syrian government's efforts to hold accountable those responsible for human rights violations during the years of the revolution.
