Egyptian artist Toleit is facing legal action after using a melody from an old song by singer Latifa in a new musical work without permission. The intellectual property company explained that the melody belongs to the song "Fi El Kam Yom El Fataw" from Latifa's 2008 album, and has demanded the removal of the infringing work. Composer Walid Saad confirmed that he has taken legal measures to protect his rights, while Latifa's company supported the legal steps. The case's outcome is expected in the coming period. This coincides with the success of Latifa's new song, "Shabahi Bel Melli."
