Turkey urges strong response to Netanyahu's tactics
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to take a firm stance against the military expansions of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, warning of an escalation in the Middle East conflict. It emphasized that Israel's attacks on Gaza, which have resulted in the death of more than 30 civilians and the targeting of healthcare facilities, demonstrate a lack of genuine will to achieve peace with the Palestinians. The statement reiterated that Netanyahu's goal is the displacement of Palestinians and the prevention of stability in the region, at the expense of risking the regional balance. Turkey and supportive countries for peace urged adherence to international law and humanitarian values to prevent the conflict from widening.
