Trump Endorses Vance for 2028
A report has revealed that U.S. President Donald Trump told Republican donors that he prefers his vice president, Devin Vance, to win the 2028 presidential election, even though he continues publicly to keep the competition open between Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Trump indicated that he sees Vance as an initial preferred choice, but he has not yet made a final decision and continues to ask questions comparing Vance and Rubio. Vance has not announced his decision regarding running for office yet, while Trump is reviewing his strategy to avoid appearing as an official candidate before the end of his term.
