A new luxury resort in Mexico called "Amanvari Mexico" has come under widespread criticism after one guest, who had a confirmed reservation, claimed they were denied entry at the gates despite paying in full. The cost of staying there exceeds $6,000 per night. A video uploaded to YouTube showed staff informing the guest that they could not enter the resort, and that police were present on-site, even though the reservation was valid and fully paid. According to the review, the resort is still in its initial stages of development, and the guest was told that the number of guests was being limited until completion. Based on what was published, it appears that the resort's unfinished state and incomplete final preparations led to the reservation being canceled, revealing signs of poor organization and communication. This has raised questions about how the resort manages new guests and tests unclear policies, especially amid criticism from independent reviewers who defend consumer rights.
