The Tony Blair Institute denied the reports claiming that Blair asked the Palestinian Authority to remove the name "Palestine" from the textbooks and replace it with "Samaria." The Institute confirmed that this claim is unfounded and that Blair neither made such a request nor supported it. This came after statements from the former British UN envoy suggesting that Blair exerted pressure on the Palestinian Authority regarding this issue. Blair continues his efforts to support the peace process and reconstruct Gaza, emphasizing the importance of verifying the accuracy and reliability of information, especially given the sensitivity of the current situation.
