Rescue of two from Nepal flood tunnel

Nepal rescue teams managed to save two people from a tunnel near a hydroelectric plant after more than nine days had passed since the devastating floods that hit the border areas between Nepal and China. This development comes after the floods submerged the area and represents a rare success in ongoing rescue efforts due to the difficulty of reaching the affected regions.
