The main part of the article discusses the escalation of violence and the settlement expansion by settlers in the West Bank, along with the deterioration of the Palestinians' situation, especially in the town of Tormusaya, where residents face repeated attacks by armed Israeli settlers. U.S. Ambassador Mike Hacabi visited the town and met with the residents, who called on him to intervene to ensure their safety and security. Meanwhile, some Israeli officials have called for the prosecution of settlers who incite violence, although such cases are rarely pursued. The article also notes that the Israeli government continues to expand settlements in the occupied territories, which the United Nations and various countries regard as illegal. This expansion leads to increased tensions and heightened violence between the two sides. Reports indicate that Israeli occupation forces forcibly displaced Palestinians from camps in the West Bank in 2025 and continue to build new settlement units, while the UN warns of the threat of ethnic cleansing.
