Did Italy Trip Impact Jamal Sajat's Performance
Algerian runner Gamal Sajat finished in second place in the 800-meter final at the Diamond League track and field meet in Brussels, clocking 1:42.71. This represents a significant achievement that highlights his strength among the world's top athletes. This performance followed his intensive participation in the Mediterranean Games in Italy a few days earlier, where he won a gold medal, which led to exhaustion and signs of fatigue at the end of the race. Nevertheless, his dominance in the final round demonstrates his continued presence at the elite international level.
