Israeli military leaders summoned abruptly
The Israeli army conducted surprise drills to test the readiness of its leadership and reserve forces to face multiple attacks on different fronts. The exercises included inspecting command headquarters and calling up all reserve units, as well as deploying a battalion via helicopters, with the aim of enhancing operational preparedness and improving response to unexpected events, especially in light of the upcoming Jewish holiday season. The drills were accompanied by inspection tours led by Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, and are part of efforts to strengthen the army's overall readiness across all units and commanders.
