Jamie Vardy joins new English club

Veteran striker Jamie Vardy, the 2016 English Premier League champion with Leicester City, has transferred to Burnley in the English Championship (Second Division) on a one-year contract following his departure from Italian club Cremonese. Vardy is currently facing Burnley, who sit at the bottom after five winless matches, in an effort to help improve their results. Vardy is considered one of the key players who contributed to Leicester's achievements, including winning the league title and the FA Cup, and he is now aiming to make a new impact in his career.
