Eight Arab and Islamic countries, including Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, condemned the statements made by two Israeli ministers regarding their intention to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip. They described these remarks as a flagrant violation of international law and a threat to the rights of the Palestinian people. The countries reaffirmed their complete rejection of any attempts or schemes aimed at forced displacement, warning of serious consequences that could undermine efforts for peace and stability in the region. They called on the international community, especially the Security Council, to confront any attempts to impose new facts on the ground, emphasizing that the only solution to achieve peace is the implementation of the two-state solution along the 1967 lines with East Jerusalem as its capital. The recent Israeli statements, which announced plans to displace Gaza residents through "voluntary migration" and the support some Israeli politicians have expressed for these plans, have sparked widespread international condemnation.
