Goldman Sachs predicts oil may hit $120

Goldman Sachs' forecasts indicate that oil prices could reach $120 per barrel if attacks on shipping movements in the Middle East escalate, especially with growing concerns over prolonged supply disruptions resulting from attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz and other areas between the United States and Iran. The bank warned that a potential decline in prices to $80 per barrel remains possible if regional exports return to their normal levels. Oil prices continue to rise due to ongoing security tensions, with expectations of a significant impact on global energy markets should the escalation persist.
