Egyptian star Mohamed Salah was absent from a court session in Egypt related to a lawsuit filed against him by a lawyer regarding unpaid legal fees. The reason for his absence was his preoccupation with a match against his new team, Trabzonspor in Turkey, which he won and in which he scored a goal. The session, scheduled at the New Cairo Court, was pending the swearing-in of the oath, but Salah did not attend due to his sporting commitments. The legal fee issue dates back to legal proceedings that took place in 2012. Neither Salah nor his representatives have commented on the details yet, and further developments are expected in the coming days.
