China has announced the launch of a scientific program to build an international satellite constellation for exploring the space between the Earth and the Moon, in cooperation with countries including Egypt. The goal is to fill gaps in systematic monitoring of this region, which extends up to two million kilometers from Earth. The constellation, consisting of 30 cube-shaped satellites, will conduct continuous and precise observations of the space environment, aiming to improve tracking of space weather events and to detect gamma-ray bursts with an accuracy of less than a second of arc. All satellites are expected to be launched before 2030. The data collected will support international collaboration, ensure continuous monitoring of the space environment, facilitate advanced scientific research, and promote the participation of developing countries in deep space exploration.
