An Israeli settler was seriously injured in a stabbing operation near the village of Osrin south of Nablus in the West Bank. The perpetrator, a Palestinian, opened fire before fleeing the scene. In response, the Israeli army launched a widespread search operation and imposed strict security measures, including a curfew and sealing off the surrounding villages, to apprehend the attacker. This incident comes amid escalating attacks by settlers supported by the occupation forces, raising fears that the security situation in the region could flare up further.
