The article discusses the demolitions and forced displacement faced by Bedouin communities in the West Bank, where the Israeli army and settlers have destroyed many homes and structures. This has resulted in families losing their residences and belongings after decades of stability. The article explains that these actions are part of a broader wave of displacement, with over 105 Bedouin communities displaced since 2023. This coincides with settler initiatives related to the "E-1" project, which adds thousands of housing units between Jerusalem and its settlements. Personal stories of Palestinian families, such as Najah and Sheikh Yasser, illustrate how these demolition operations threaten their existence and prolong their suffering. At the same time, Israeli measures like arrests and raid operations are intensifying, directly impacting residents' lives and are linked to attempts at land control and settlement expansion.
