Macron records meeting with Boun and King Abdullah
French President Emmanuel Macron posted a video on Instagram documenting his meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Jordanian King Abdullah II in Paris, prior to the start of the Lebanese Army and Internal Security Forces support meeting as part of the "Aqaba Meetings." Macron affirmed that Paris is aiming to strengthen Lebanon's sovereignty and stability by supporting the Lebanese armed forces, in coordination with the United States, Saudi Arabia, and other international partners, with the goal of enabling Lebanon to assert authority over its entire territory. The video features an informal style, using popular music clips, reflecting Macron's approach of adding a modern and casual tone to the media coverage.
