Houthi leader on Madinah station threat
Al-Masirah Channel, affiliated with the Houthis, reported that Houthi Politburo member, Qassem Shami, denied that their group targeted a power station in Medina. He described the allegation as "a great falsehood" that damages the reputation of the Yemeni people and tarnishes their Islamic image. Meanwhile, the Spokesman for the Saudi-led Arab Coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, announced that an terrorist attack targeted the Tiba Power Distribution Station in Medina using a Houthi drone. He confirmed that investigations proved the Houthis' involvement in carrying out the attack. He noted that the attack caused one of the transformers to go out of service, and the intended target was to disrupt the electricity supply to the Prophet's Mosque, as part of the Houthis' ongoing attempts to target the Two Holy Mosques.
