Gulf Cup 27 UAE and Oman Fight for Final
Emirates and Oman are competing to reach the final of Gulf 27 after both qualifying for the semifinals. The UAE national team topped their group with 7 points, scoring 8 goals in the group stage, while Oman secured second place by defeating Kuwait in the last round, after drawing with Iraq and tying on points and goals, which forced the union to conduct a rare draw to determine the qualifier. The UAE team aims to confirm its ambition to reach the final for the first time since 2018, while Oman hopes to repeat its appearance in the final after reaching it twice in previous editions. The winner will face the victor of the match between Saudi Arabia and Qatar in the final.
