Security incidents in Syria harm stability

Syria is experiencing a noticeable increase in security incidents over recent days, including targeted attacks on buses and sensitive sites, explosions of gas lines, and assassination attempts, amidst escalating economic pressures and political challenges. Security experts view these incidents as part of a systematic campaign aimed at destabilizing infrastructure and demonstrating the state's weakness. These acts benefit groups such as ISIS cells, remnants of the previous regime, as well as Israeli and Iranian occupation networks, with the goal of maintaining instability in the country and undermining efforts toward stability and reconstruction. They emphasize the need to address the security crisis through measures such as restricting weapons to the state, building effective security agencies, tackling the economic crisis, conducting comprehensive national dialogue, and increasing transparency with the people to ensure Syria's stability.
