Vinicius to miss El Clásico after red card
Viněcius Júnior is expected to miss the El Clásico match between Real Madrid and Barcelona after being sent off in the match against Villarreal. He was dismissed following a clash where he pulled the Villarreal defender Saliba's hair, and his behavior was considered aggressive. According to Spanish federation regulations, the punishment includes a two-match suspension—one for the direct red card and another for his reaction towards the referee—meaning he will be absent from the highly anticipated game and the team’s next match. Despite Real Madrid's victory in that game, they will lose one of their key attacking players for the encounter with Barcelona. Currently, the team is in third place with 18 points heading into the match.
