Coalition reports intercepted missile near Riyadh airport
The Arab Coalition Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen announced the interception and destruction of a cruise missile and projectile launched by the Houthi group targeting King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, resulting in a fire in the passenger terminal and a partial evacuation of the airport. This follows several attacks on targets in Saudi Arabia, including airports and cities, amid an escalation of military activity by the Houthis and military movements by Saudi Arabia and coalition countries. International condemnations of the attacks have been issued amid ongoing tensions and escalation between the two sides in the Yemen-Saudi conflict.
