Israeli military presence near Abidin Dam
Israeli forces advanced with approximately 10 military vehicles near the Abdeen Dam in the Daraa countryside in southern Syria, coinciding with Israeli warplane flights over the area. The infiltration involved random gunfire at farmers and house searches in the Qarya neighborhood, in addition to setting fire to a house and a feed storage. No reports of injuries or the extent of damages have been made. This comes after previous operations where Israeli forces had also penetrated the area, as Israel continues to violate the 1974 agreement through their incursions into southern Syrian territories, despite Damascus's calls for Israeli forces to retreat and respect Syrian sovereignty.
