Houthi Message to Cairo Pre-Sisi Session
The article focused on warnings issued by the Speaker of the House of Representatives in Sana'a, Yahya al-Ra'i, to Egypt regarding the potential military intervention to support Saudi Arabia in Yemen. It clarified that any Egyptian military move could serve Saudi policies and threaten regional security and stability. He called on Cairo to refrain from escalation, halt military operations, and support a political solution. This comes amid escalating tensions between the Houthis and the Saudi coalition, with Saudi Arabia continuing airstrikes and military operations in Yemen, while the Yemeni side calls for Islamic cooperation to confront the Houthis and stop the flow of weapons to the group.
