France and other European ethnic groups have witnessed widespread and intense protests due to rising living costs and deteriorating public services. In France, the protests led to unprecedented violence in recent years, with protesters looting luxury stores, setting cars on fire, and attacking police groups. Approximately 1,200 individuals have been arrested, with around 550,000 demonstrators participating, according to the government. In Belgium, hundreds of young people protested against the cost of education, while in Albania, police fired rubber bullets at protesters. Thousands of Portuguese citizens are protesting the high housing prices, and the protests in Milan, Italy, turned violent, with police using tear gas and water cannons.
