Egypt's Hossam Hassan watches Brighton's Younes Ibrahim
The article focused on follow-up by Hossam Hassan, the head coach of the Egyptian national team, on the development of young player Younes Ibrahim, a star of Brighton in England, in preparation for the possibility of summoning him to the upcoming national team camp in November. Younes Ibrahim, 18 years old and born in Australia, has the opportunity to represent four countries: Egypt, Morocco, England, and Australia. He is currently under consideration by Hassan after impressive performances in the European League. The Egyptian Football Association is working on establishing contact with him and arranging legal procedures for his inclusion, a decision that depends on technical factors. The coach has opened the door to all players without reservations, following previous disagreements with some of them. Egypt's national team is expected to play two matches against Malawi in the qualifiers for the 2027 African Cup of Nations, as they aim to improve their position in Group Two.
