Canadian military fire linked to live training
Live-fire training at Wingrath Military Base in Canada caused a deadly fire that resulted in the deaths of four people and left 19 in critical condition. The incident occurred during a tactical exercise involving hand grenades in strong wind conditions, which contributed to the rapid spread of the fire over a kilometer within 30 to 60 seconds. Investigations are still ongoing, with a specialized team examining the local infrastructure, while the injured receive treatment in hospitals. Meanwhile, soldiers are preparing for a possible deployment worldwide.
